Job Description:

7 to 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security. Agentforce experience is ideal (not mandatory).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Certifications Good to have
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I (for LWC-heavy roles)

Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead projects and work independently.
