Paralegal - Corporate Leasing

Our client, a leading New Jersey based real estate developer, is searching for an experienced paralegal with leasing experience.

Scope:

The selected candidate will support our clients Legal Department by managing commercial lease documentation, administering lease obligations, and coordinating litigation and compliance-related activities.

In this role, YOU will:

· Draft, review, and coordinate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents

· Maintain/update lease documentation

· Abstract leases and summarize key terms, obligations, and critical dates

· Keep track of lease milestones (renewals, expirations, options, notice requirements)

· Develop/maintain lease summary charts and dashboards

· Monitor compliance with lease terms

· Maintain litigation files and assist in preparing discovery materials

· Review, track, and process invoices

· Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental communications

· Manage legal correspondence, file organization, and document retention systems

YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have:

· 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate or leasing

· Experience drafting/managing lease documents and ability to interpret lease terms and risks

· Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF/document editing tools
