Business Analyst (NO C2C, No 1099, NO Recruiters)

Introduction:

Our company is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with utility experience to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with various business teams to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve business processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external affairs business teams to understand their needs and goals
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and present reports and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Work closely with team members to implement changes and track progress
• Travel to various locations including Buffalo, Albany, Syracuse, Melville, Brooklyn, Worcester, Boston, and Waltham

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working in the utility industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with external affairs teams
• Knowledge of New York or Boston area
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Project management experience
