Production Release & Sustaining Engineering

Responsibilities

Own the complete PCBA development lifecycle from concept to production.

Design schematics, select components, and oversee PCB layout using Altium.

Perform board bring-up, debugging, validation, and hardware verification.

Develop electrical requirements, architecture, and design documentation.

Support design reviews, DFM activities, and production release.

Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform root cause analysis.

Collaborate with Firmware, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems, and Test Engineering teams.

Design reliable power distribution, communication, and control systems for next-generation battery platforms.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

7+ years of Electrical Hardware Engineering experience (5+ with MS).

Strong hands-on experience designing and releasing complex PCBAs.

Experience in battery, energy storage, automotive, industrial automation, or other safety-critical environments.

Ability to work independently and own hardware development from requirements through production.
