The Role

• Advise customers from initial consultation through to sale and assist with project implementation.
• Utilize customer-specific sales tools, including website, in-store displays, and planning software, to bring individual wishes to life.
• Provide ongoing expert advice to customers throughout their garden projects and connect them with skilled craftspeople.
• Transform customers' garden dreams into reality, from patios and raised beds to ponds.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., landscaping, gardening, carpentry, agriculture, or similar).
• Enthusiasm for modern garden concepts and creativity in bringing garden visions to life.
• Strong customer focus, sales talent, and a high degree of responsibility.
• Enjoy working with modern presentation and planning tools, alongside standard Microsoft Office applications.
