We are seeking a Workfront Solutions Designer to help with an implmentation project.

responsibilities:

This role will be providing solution design for workflow, collaboration, intake and content management applications, and our enterprise digital asset management (DAM) application. Day to day tasks include engagement with user groups (discovery and requirements collection), presenting findings and recommendations, collaborating on effective solutions to meet the needs, and then developing the integrations, automations, and advance workflows between the impacted systems. This role will manage enhancement projects in partnership with team members, along with appropriate support and IT partners.

Serves as a consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Contributes to business strategy and supports organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, participates in and may lead change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.

qualifications:

5+ years relevant experience:

o Adobe Workfront

o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

o Preferred/Nice To Have: OpenText Media Management (OTMM), Wrike, Jira

Experience + the ability to facilitate technical discussions between IT and business teams to create workflows, plans, and solution mapping

Experience with Solution Design and creating + adhering to enterprise architecture standards
