The Role

• Replacing and repairing vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Taking on a leadership role, responsible for technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily work planning.
• Providing excellent customer service from order placement to vehicle handover.
• Managing invoicing, customer payments, and order processing.
• Ensuring quality assurance, supporting inventory management, and maintaining audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with relevant professional experience as a mechanic or technician.
• Willingness to obtain relevant certifications or already possess leadership qualifications.
• A valid Class B driver's license and strong German language proficiency.
• Excellent PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
