Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the architecture governance modernization and operational excellence of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms including SharePoint Online OneDrive Power Platform Enterprise Search Copilot Studio Intranet solutions and Azurebased services

The successful candidate will provide strategic technical leadership define enterprise architecture standards drive governance and compliance initiatives lead modernization and migration programs and oversee L3 support for businesscritical platforms This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Power Platform Azure services and enterprisescale solution architecture

Drive enterprise digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies

Evaluate Microsoft roadmap updates and manage feature rollouts deprecations and platform changes

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture Security IAM Data Governance and Business stakeholders on strategic initiatives

SharePoint Architecture Governance

Design scalable and secure SharePoint Online solutions

Drive SharePoint governance including

oSite provisioning

Architect and modernize SharePoint automations using

Define governance processes for

Collaborate with IAM and Security teams to enable secure B2B collaboration

Drive migration and modernization initiatives to SharePoint Online

Support MA integration and tenant consolidation programs

Lead enterprise architecture and governance for

oPower Apps

oPower Automate

oCopilot Studio

Define Power Platform Center of Excellence CoE governance and operating model

Establish

oSecurity controls

oData Loss Prevention DLP strategies

oEnvironment management policies

oApplication lifecycle management standards

Review enterprise application intake requests

Validate solution architecture and drive release governance

Approve production deployments and enterprise application onboarding

Define governance guardrails for AIpowered solutions and agents

Partner with Security GenAI Council and Data Governance organizations to onboard Copilot Studio capabilities

Monitor Microsoft Power Platform feature releases deprecations and roadmap changes

Lead OneDrive governance strategy across the enterprise

Define policies for

Architect and manage Enterprise Search solutions

Design search experiences that improve knowledge discovery and employee productivity

Maintain and optimize search indexing content sources metadata and search governance

Provide technical oversight for enterprise portals including gohonaerocom

Ensure search architecture aligns with security compliance and business requirements

Azure Automation

Architect Azurehosted services supporting SharePoint and Power Platform workloads

Design and maintain solutions using
