End-User Computing Configuration Analyst – ServiceNow CMDB

Location: Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking an End-User Computing Configuration Analyst to support endpoint configuration, hardware asset controls, and ServiceNow CMDB accuracy across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and remediate endpoint configuration and hardware asset controls.

• Maintain accurate ServiceNow CMDB records and CI relationships.

• Reconcile endpoint assets with CIs and identify inventory/data discrepancies.

• Identify and remediate unauthorized devices, configuration drift, and inventory gaps.

• Support endpoint baseline and configuration standards.

• Maintain asset lifecycle and hardware/software inventory accuracy.

• Document remediation activities and maintain control/audit evidence.

• Partner with EUC, Infrastructure, Security, and other teams to resolve configuration and asset issues.

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Configuration Items (CIs).

• Experience with CI reconciliation, asset-to-CI relationships, and inventory accuracy.

• Experience identifying and remediating configuration drift or CMDB discrepancies.

• Experience with endpoint hardware/software inventory and asset management.

• Understanding of endpoint configuration standards and lifecycle management.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and operational discipline.

• ServiceNow HAM/SAM Pro experience is highly preferred.

Ideal Background: EUC/Endpoint Configuration, Desktop Engineering, IT Asset Management, CMDB Analyst, or ServiceNow Configuration Management.
