The Role

• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and leading the team in a partial capacity.
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming goods, stocking shelves, and verifying expiration dates.
• Replenish and check the freshness of produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant professional experience in a similar field.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A proactive and engaged approach to hands-on tasks.
• Flexibility, team spirit, organizational talent, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
