Automation Lead / Automation Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead / Automation Manager to lead automation strategy, framework development, and Quality Engineering initiatives across UI, API, and mobile platforms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA / Software Quality Engineering / Test Automation

• 8+ years of hands-on UI and API automation

• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber/BDD, Postman

• Strong programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript

• Hands-on API, microservices, and distributed systems testing

• Mobile automation experience with Appium for iOS and Android

• Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch

• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience

• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub

• Strong SQL and backend/database validation skills

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, TestRail, and Xray

• Knowledge of Agile, TDD, BDD, shift-left testing

• Experience with defect triage, root-cause analysis, quality metrics, and test strategy

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to Have

• Temenos, VisionPlus, or other core banking experience

• Delphix / CA TDM

• Docker / cloud-native technologies

• Performance, accessibility, or security testing

• Service virtualization tools such as Parasoft, SmartBear, or IBM Rational Tester

• Kibana / Splunk

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
