Job Description

Dayforce Consultant EDI & File Feed Integrations

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Consultant with strong knowledge of EDI and file feed integrations to support data exchange between Dayforce HCM and third-party systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain inbound and outbound Dayforce integrations.

  • Configure and support EDI and benefits carrier integrations.

  • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

  • Work with CSV, XML, fixed-width files, and SFTP/FTP.

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and perform testing.

  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM integrations.

  • Strong knowledge of EDI, file feeds, and data mapping.

  • Experience with inbound/outbound interfaces and SFTP/FTP.

  • Knowledge of CSV, XML, and fixed-width file formats.

  • Integration testing and troubleshooting experience.

Preferred: Benefits carrier integrations, EDI 834 enrollment files, SQL, APIs, and Dayforce certification.
