Remote-first (Reading office a couple of days a month) Permanent

We're hiring on behalf of a growing SaaS platform for coaching businesses, with customers in more than 30 countries. Marketing has been run by the founder until now. This is their first dedicated marketing hire.

The founder sets the direction and the quarterly goals. You turn them into campaigns and run them yourself, working directly with the founder and a small commercial team.

What you'll do

• Plan and run campaigns against quarterly goals, from launch to reporting

• Run paid social (LinkedIn first) and email campaigns in HubSpot, including deliverability

• Build targeted contact lists for the sales team to call

• Grow the brand through LinkedIn content, emails, customer stories and webinars

• Use AI and automation tools to test more and work faster

What we're looking for

• Ideally around 2 years of B2B marketing experience, in-house or at an agency

• Hands-on experience with paid social or email campaigns

• You care about the numbers and understand how marketing turns into sales

• Comfortable owning your work without detailed instructions

• Right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)
