Senior CRM Engineer

We are seeking a Senior CRM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role will focus on designing, developing, testing, and implementing CRM solutions, custom features, integrations, and automated business processes.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of CRM experience and 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse/CDS, .NET/C#, Azure, and Power BI.
• Experience with API/custom connectors, M365 integrations, and portal development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Must be comfortable with hybrid work in New Haven, CT and occasional on-call support.
