Salary up to £45,000 DOE

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an Area Support Manager to work closely with the Area Director, supporting practices in the Staffordshire and Shropshire Area. As part of Central Functions, you will be part of the teams that support and enable our network of over 2,500 practices across 20 countries, driving operational excellence, innovation and strategic impact across the business.
How You'll Make a Difference
As an Area Support Manager, you'll have a unique opportunity to support the Area Director to ensure the success of multiple veterinary practices and the people who work within them. By providing hands-on support, guidance, and leadership, you'll help create environments where teams can thrive, leaders feel empowered, and practices are equipped to deliver the very best care to patients and clients.
Your ability to build strong relationships, influence positive change, and drive continuous improvement will have a direct impact on colleague engagement, practice performance, and overall business success. To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to analyse information and use data to identify trends, monitor performance, and support informed decision-making.
This role goes beyond operational support; it's about making a tangible difference. You'll play a key role in ensuring teams feel supported, connected, and set up for success, ultimately creating a positive and lasting impact on colleagues, clients, and patients across the region. A proactive, analytical, and data-driven approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, will be essential in helping practices achieve their full potential.
