Job Description

HVAC Site/Project Manager We are looking for an experienced HVAC Site / Project Manager to join our small growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork, with experience delivering commercial projects across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing commercial HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Coordinating labour, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Attending site and client meetings
  • Managing project programmes, budgets and procurement
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard

Requirements:

  • Proven HVAC Project Management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation and ductwork
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience producing and reviewing:
  • RAMS
  • QA/QC documentation
  • Technical submittals
  • Strong pre-construction experience, including design reviews, value engineering and consultant coordination
