Automotive Quick Lube Technician

This is an hourly position with pay ranging from $12-20 depending on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct oil changes, fluid replacements, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with tire service, including rotations, replacements, and repairs.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete service tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
• Support vehicle alignment procedures and basic diagnostics to identify mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate.

• Prior dealership or automotive service experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform standard passenger car operations confidently.
• Experience with automotive diagnostics, fluid replacement, oil changes, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including tire service and alignment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely during tire rotations or parts replacement.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
• Familiarity with automotive service standards and safety regulations is a plus.
