Senior Recruitment Consultant (Permanent) - Smart Buildings & Building Automation
Location: Fareham (Office-Based)
Salary: 29,000- 35,000 Basic + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Private Healthcare + 23-26 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)

We are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Smart Buildings & Building Automation division. This is a warm desk with an established and engaged client base, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing consultant.

Compensation & Rewards

• Commission:

  • 10% on the first 10,000 of paid invoices

  • 20% on billings above 10,000

• Bonuses:

  • 10% quarterly bonus

  • 1% annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)

  • 5% business development bonus

• Realistic OTE:

  • Year 1: 50,000

  • Year 2: 80,000

What We're Looking For

Due to the earning potential associated with this desk, we are seeking experienced consultants with proven 360 recruitment capability and a track record of managing and growing profitable permanent desks. Applicants must be self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment. You must have proven history in billing over 150,000 per annum and wanting to take the next step to not only increase this, but be rewarded accordingly.
