Senior Test Specialist with Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, Java

Job Summary

The Senior Test Specialist will be responsible for leading and executing testing activities using Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, and Java. The primary role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through the implementation of effective testing strategies and automation techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts using Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, and Java.
  2. Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery of high-quality software products.
  4. Troubleshoot and analyze test results, providing feedback to the development team for necessary improvements.
  5. Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks and tools to optimize testing processes.
Skill Requirements
  1. Proficiency in Testing Tools and Test Automation (EMB) for test planning and execution.
  2. Strong experience with Selenium for automated testing of web applications.
  3. Expertise in Java programming language to develop test scripts and automation frameworks.
  4. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  6. Good communication skills to collaborate with different stakeholders and report on testing progress.

Certifications:
ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or Advanced Level (CTAL) certification is preferred.

The QA Architect will provide onshore technical leadership across Test Automation, Test Data Management, Performance Engineering, and WCAG Accessibility Testing. The role will define enterprise QE architecture, standards, frameworks, governance, and reusable solutions across application portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define QE architecture, standards, tools, and engineering roadmaps.
  • Govern automation, Test Data Management (TDM), performance, and accessibility solutions.
  • Review frameworks, technical designs, integrations, and CI/CD enablement.
  • Drive shift-left, continuous testing, quality gates, and reusable accelerators.
  • Partner with enterprise architects, application teams, vendors, and leadership.
  • Track technical risks, adoption, maturity, and measurable quality outcomes.
