Job Title: QA Lead (W2 Only)

Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: W2 Only
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, JUnit, and API testing using Postman/Rest Assured.
  • Experience with SQL, defect tracking tools (JIRA), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test strategy, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Experience leading QA teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Execute manual and automated testing and ensure product quality.
  • Manage defects, coordinate with development teams, and provide regular status updates.
  • Mentor QA team members and drive continuous process improvements.
