Responsibilities

·  Resolve invoice and payment issues.

·  Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Project Managers.

·  Maintain vendor relationships.

·  Process PeopleSoft receipts.

·  Generate AP Aging reports.

·  Perform spend and cost analysis.

·  Prepare weekly financial metrics.

·  Review financial data and identify exceptions
