IT helpdesk technician

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing IT helpdesk and desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshooting issues across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, MacOS, and iOS devices.
• Supporting Google Workspace applications and user accounts.
• Managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
• Assisting with Active Directory administration, user account management, and access requests.
• Diagnosing basic networking and connectivity issues.
• Maintaining high levels of customer service while meeting SLA requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience supporting Apple devices and the Google ecosystem, including MacOS, iOS, and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience using ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
