The Role

• Operating, setting up, and converting technical equipment.
• Independently troubleshooting issues in coordination with the technical department.
• Continuously monitoring production processes and material supply.
• Verifying and ensuring product quality and production output.
• Thorough cleaning of machinery and tools.
• Assisting with technical adjustments to the airlaid system.
• Flexible support in adjacent work areas.
• Strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

What You'll Need

• Vocational training as a Machine and Plant Operator is advantageous.
• Prior production experience is required.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including weekends.
• German language proficiency (B1 level).
• Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
