System Engineer (MFAMS) with Security Clearance

• TS/SCI FS Poly Responsibilities:
• Multi-Factor Authentication Management System (MFAMS) is seeking a System engineer to work with a team of developers to support enterprise web applications across multiple fabrics.
• MFAMS is a Cybersecurity Services web application designed to support Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) tools and services.
• The position involves documenting the full life cycle design, development and testing software across multiple fabrics.
• Technical background with experience in troubleshooting and requirements gathering.
• Must have the ability to document the tool/s and inner workings to include creating standard system engineering and test documentation.
• Attention to detail is needed to generate and modify numerous internal and customer facing documents to include standard system engineering documents.
• Have the ability to work directly with customers to identify and resolve user reported issues either by establishing alternative solutions or generating bug reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. 5 years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree for a total of 15 years.
• 10+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Analyze system requirements, the concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirements specifications
• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements
• Triage user issues
• Track and respond to user issues/questions
• Capable of communicating with stakeholders through both technical and non-technical documentation (e.g. user guides, FAQs, user notifications, support communication)
• Create briefings and roadmaps to present to the customer
• Familiarity with tools and ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, O365, Microsoft Office
• Capable of taking high level tasking and executing applicable processes to achieve a successful outcome
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with agile projects and processes
• Report weekly/monthly/quarterly status in a timely manner
• Provide meeting minutes
• Coordinate and identify test users for various scenarios
• Track and report testing results
