General Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable/Receivable

Monday – Friday, No Weekends!

Toyota of Bristol is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable General Accounting Clerk with experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Responsibilities:

• Process incoming invoices and outgoing payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables
• Assist with daily cash receipts and bank deposits
• Support month-end closing procedures
• Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  

Requirements:

• Prior Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required
• Automotive dealership accounting experience is preferred (but not required)
• Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is helpful
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
