What You'll Do
As a Member Service Representative/Teller, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and cash advances.
- Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate daily transactions.
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to member questions, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Welcome members and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
- Assist with administrative duties including scanning, filing, data entry, and other support tasks.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Up to six months of cash handling, teller, retail banking, customer service, or related experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable cross selling products and services that genuinely benefit members.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong math, computer, and keyboarding skills.

Compensation: $19.25-20.25/hr
