Roles/Responsibilities:

transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly),
imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM,
scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow, completing computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
The computer refreshes will take place at each end user's desk, professional appearance and excellent customer service is expected.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro, and/or Apple iPhone deployment is a huge plus. -2 years
Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures (potential need to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly) -2 years
Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM -2 years
Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow -2 yeas
