Head of Fresh Food Counter | Stuhr, Germany | On-site

We are hiring for a leading national grocery retailer with a strong commitment to quality and customer experience. Our fresh food counter is the heart of our operation, where we create exceptional offerings and ensure the highest standards of freshness and presentation.

The Role

  • Lead and motivate your team, setting a positive example and implementing national sales concepts.
  • Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene regulations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through appealing displays, expert advice, and exceptional service.
  • Independently implement sales-promoting initiatives and ideas.
  • Manage all aspects of the counter, including cost and revenue development, inventory, pricing, and stock management.

What You'll Need

  • Completed vocational training, ideally in food retail; candidates with relevant cross-industry experience and initial leadership skills in bakery or self-service fresh food counters are also welcome.
