Role: GrowthLoop Developer 

Location: Irvine, TX and Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) 

About the Role

Support Client’s Customer Growth and Marketing Transformation initiatives by developing and configuring customer segmentation, audience activation, campaign orchestration, and first-party data solutions using GrowthLoop.

The GrowthLoop Developer will be responsible for hands-on development and configuration of GrowthLoop use cases, including audience creation, SQL development,customer journeys, data activation, integrations, testing, and production support. The role will collaborate closely with Architects, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure customer segmentation and audience solutions using GrowthLoop.

• Build and manage audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.

• Develop SQL-based audience logic, segmentation rules, and data transformations using Snowflake.

• Configure customer journeys, campaign workflows, and activation processes.

• Implement integrations between GrowthLoop, Snowflake, CDPs, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.

• Develop and consume REST APIs for data and audience activation use cases.

• Translate functional requirements into GrowthLoop configurations and technical implementations.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation of audience and campaign workflows.

• Troubleshoot data, segmentation, integration, and campaign activation issues.

• Monitor production workflows and support incident resolution.

• Analyze campaign and audience performance and implement targeting improvements.

• Support production releases, deployments, and platform enhancements.

• Collaborate with Architects to implement scalable and reusable GrowthLoop solutions.

• Work with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Data Engineering teams to deliver customer growth initiatives.

• Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, SQL logic, integrations, and operational processes.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
