Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to learn about current trends and target audiences.
• Creating and Handling content for collateral, campaigns, Templates, Web and App.
• Coordinating with Hotel Marcoms for Promotional Emailers / Notifications dissemination
• Work on blogs and organic content creation
• Understanding company brands and creating content to meet those objectives within a given time frame.
• Develop content strategies for traditional and digital marketing channels, and content marketing and digital platforms
• Determine the best way for content to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish and articulate internal and external key messages, and ensure that content is aligned accordingly
• Create SEO content for keyword research, information architecture, and usability best practices to deliver targeted content
• Creating and managing content calendar for Digital platforms
• Identifying gaps in content and recommending new topics.
• Testing campaigns (Digital, promotional, transactional, web, app) before go live.

Desired Profile:

1. Experience of 5 years + in writing content in the luxury domain.

2. Excellent creative writing skills and impeccable command over English.

3. Should be able to give boring topics an interesting spin.

4. Should be abreast with current news and social media trends.

5. Good interpersonal skills to work in a team.
