Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Location: Minnesota (Rural Hospital Setting 2 hours from Minneapolis)
Start Date: ASAP February (can accommodate late January if credentialing allows)
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)

Schedule & Coverage

• Monday Friday
• 8-hour shifts with one 10-hour block (flexible based on preference)
• Weekday and weekend/holiday call (typically 1 in 6)
• Must be able to respond within 30 minutes while on call

Estimated Pay Range

(Call to discuss full pay structure)

Clinical Details

• Case Load: 3 5 cases per day
• Patient Population: Adults, elderly, light peds (dental, lap cases)
• Department: 4 core ORs, Endo room, C-suite, 1 flop room, DaVinci Robot (General & OB)
• Specialties Covered: Ortho (total joints, neuro spine, sports), General, Plastics, Cosmetic & Reconstruction, Podiatry, OB, Cataracts
• C-sections: annually
• EMR: Cerner/Oracle
• Model: CRNA-based model no MD oversight

Skills Required

• Nerve blocks
• OB, General, Spinals
• Peds experience preferred
• Rural health experience strongly preferred

Requirements

• NBCRNA
• Active MN License
• DEA
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
• Minimum 2 years of experience
