Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience leading programs from inception to launch.
  • 4+ years of product management leadership, including managing at least one direct report (Product Manager).
  • Extensive experience in large-scale IT transformations – specifically consolidating business processes, applications, and systems into a unified ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of cross-organizational program management in a business leadership capacity.
  • Experienced in managing digital programs involving web portal development, deployments, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Skilled in all aspects of solution delivery including requirements gathering, scope definition, resource planning, budget management, risk management, release management, organizational change management, and change control.
  • Strong project and people management skills, with ability to manage multiple streams and delegate effectively.
  • Results-driven with the ability to combine a strong quantitative foundation with business acumen.
  • Excellent facilitation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business context.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and third parties to assist or solely drive delivery.
  • Strong business acumen across functional areas (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Teams, etc.).
  • High standards of professionalism and accountability; integrity in work, proactive communication, and corporate demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment, quickly comprehend multi-step directions, and provide clear status updates.
  • History of maintaining flexibility, multi-tasking, and delivering results in deadline-driven environments
