Job Description

.NET Full Stack Developer (11+ Years Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time(Contract W2)
Experience: 11+ years

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned .NET Full Stack Developer to design, build, and ship scalable, secure, high-performance web applications. You will work across the stack, from cloud-hosted back-end services to modern front-end interfaces, and act as a technical leader who mentors engineers, shapes architecture, and raises engineering standards across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Angular or React with TypeScript.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions, including domain-driven design, clean architecture, and design patterns.
  • Optimize database design and queries on SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and deployments on Azure (or AWS) using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance and security improvements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, technical documentation, and roadmap definition.

Required Qualifications

  • 11+ years of professional software development experience, with 8+ years in the .NET ecosystem.
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Strong front-end skills in Angular (12+) or React, plus JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, API design, and messaging systems (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka).
  • Solid experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning) and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
  • Practical experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, AKS, Key Vault, and Storage, or equivalent AWS services.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
  • Strong grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and test-driven development (xUnit, NUnit, Moq).
  • Working knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Identity Server / Azure AD).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience modernizing legacy applications (.NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8).
  • Exposure to CQRS, event sourcing, gRPC, SignalR, or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Blazor, Redis, Elasticsearch, or observability tools (App Insights, Serilog, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of application security best practices (OWASP) and performance profiling.
  • Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) or equivalent.
  • Experience in domains such as fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Prior experience as a tech lead or in a team-lead role.

Soft Skills

  • Strong ownership and accountability, with a bias toward delivery.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Mentoring mindset and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
