  • Collaborate with security, network, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve migration-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, runbooks, implementation procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
  • Provide technical support to users and IT teams during and after migration activities.
  • Support transition and handoff activities to the steady-state support team or client IT organization.
  • Assist with user adoption, change management, communications, and training activities as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for managing and migrating users, groups, mailboxes, and directory objects.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, SSO, and federation.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth, SAML, and related identity technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully delivering Microsoft 365 migration projects for enterprise or client environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, or related Microsoft 365 certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with Quest On Demand Migration (ODM) and/or BitTitan MigrationWiz.
  • Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations and domain re-homing.
  • Experience migrating Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with hybrid Exchange and hybrid identity environments.
