Key Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines.
• Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly.
• Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis.
• Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows.
• Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices.

• Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building.
