Mission
The Multi-Management team is responsible for the selection, analysis and monitoring of external investment managers and funds. The team manages a range of fund-of-funds solutions and model portfolios across various asset classes.

As part of the continued development of our ELTIF platform and private markets offering, we are looking for an Assistant Portfolio Manager / Analyst to strengthen the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the oversight, analysis and monitoring of private asset investments managed through external partners.

Responsabilities
Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of private assets, especially private debt, real estate funds, feeder/master structures and externally managed strategies.
  • Ability to review investment rationales, deal terms, portfolio performance and key risk indicators from an AIFM oversight perspective.
  • Ability to identify missing data, abnormal data, underperformance, covenant issues, valuation inconsistencies
  • Ability to perform and document initial and periodic due diligence
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio management systems , ideally Aladdin
  • Strong knowledge in reconciliation process
  • Good understanding of private assets valuation drivers and ability to flag valuation movement that require to be challenged.
  • Good analytical skills to participate and present in advisory board.

Profile Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Audit, Law or a related discipline.
CFA designation or progress toward CFA certification would be considered an asset.

Minimum 3 years of experience within Private Markets, Alternative Investments or Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of ELTIFs, evergreen structures and private market investment vehicles.
Experience in private debt and/or real estate fund analysis is highly desirable.

Personal skills:
Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities.
Ability to challenge information and identify risks or inconsistencies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluent French and English are required.
Additional European languages are considered an asset.
