Job Description

About the Role

Own enterprise sales for an early-stage logistics technology company building AI and automation software for freight operations. You will work closely with commercial leadership to close strategic deals, convert pilots into long-term partnerships, and shape a repeatable sales approach.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial conversations through contract signature.

  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at global freight forwarders.

  • Develop and refine sales playbooks as the business grows beyond founder-led sales.

  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal structuring.

  • Translate customer feedback and operational insights into product and go-to-market priorities.

  • Travel regularly across Europe, with occasional trips to Asia and North America.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to seven years of enterprise sales experience selling technology or software into traditional, operations-heavy industries.

  • A record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with large organizations, and experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience selling SaaS, AI, or automation products, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or another legacy industry.

  • Strong discovery, business case development, and ROI quantification skills.

  • Experience developing sales playbooks and go-to-market strategies, as well as negotiating pricing and contracts.

  • Comfort working in an early-stage, founder-led environment.

  • Fluent English and German, including the ability to conduct business negotiations and presentations.
