The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions on site.
• Handle a variety of tasks including battery issues, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding customer service to members in need.
• Work a demand-led shift averaging 40 hours per week, with optional overtime.
• Start and finish your day from your own driveway.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
