The Role • Lead and coordinate the electrical team in daily operations and tasks. • Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of electrical systems and installations. • Independently troubleshoot and resolve faults in systems, equipment, and wiring. • Manage material requirements and prepare basic cost estimates for electrical work. • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and internal team members. • Participate in on-call duties to provide client support outside of regular working hours. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electronics technician for industrial engineering, or a similar qualification. • Several years of professional experience in the electrical field. • Previous experience in team leadership or a strong desire to step into a leadership role. • A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel between job sites. • Flexibility for on-call duties and a hands-on approach.
