Job Description

Role: Oracle Access Governance (OAG)  Implementation Specialist/IAM
Location: Remote
 
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Access Governance (OAG) implementation specialist to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of an identity governance solution integrating multiple authoritative sources and managed systems. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Oracle's identity, ERP, and supply chain execution ecosystem, along with experience integrating governance workflows with ServiceNow for access request management.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle Access Governance (OAG) architecture, including identity collection, access certification, SoD (Segregation of Duties) policies, and role/access request workflows.
  • Configure and integrate authoritative source systems:
  1. Workday (HCM feed for identity lifecycle events — hire, transfer, termination)
  2. Beeline (contingent/contractor workforce data)
  3. Fieldglass (SAP Fieldglass — external/contract labor management)
  • Configure and integrate managed target systems:
  1. Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM modules)
  2. Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  3. Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
  4. Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)
  • Build and configure connectors/orchestration between OAG and the above systems for automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access recertification.
  • Integrate OAG with ServiceNow to enable end-user self-service requests for additional roles/access, including approval routing, request fulfillment, and audit trail capture.
  • Design and implement risk-based access controls, leveraging knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) to align SoD rules, sensitive access rules, and control monitoring with OAG policies.
  • Develop role design, access certification campaigns, and continuous access review processes tailored to regulated industry compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP, pharma/life sciences controls).
  • Partner with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to define access policies, approval hierarchies, and escalation paths.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across identity feeds, target system connectors, and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures for ongoing support and audit readiness.
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Access Governance (OAG) (or Oracle Identity Governance/OIG with a migration path to OAG).
  • Experience integrating Workday, Beeline, and/or SAP Fieldglass as authoritative identity sources into an IGA platform.
  • Experience provisioning/governing access for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP/SCM/HCM).
  • Familiarity with Oracle WMS, OTM, and GTM as managed/target systems, including role and responsibility structures within these applications.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) — SoD rule libraries, sensitive access rules, and control monitoring.
  • Experience integrating identity governance platforms with ServiceNow for access request intake, approval workflows, and fulfillment.
  • Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC models, SoD analysis, and access certification best practices.
  • Experience working within regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, financial services) and familiarity with related compliance frameworks (SOX, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle certifications in Identity Governance, Risk Management Cloud, or Fusion Cloud applications.
  • Prior experience on end-to-end OAG or OIG implementation projects (not just administration/support).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud) for connecting authoritative sources and target systems.
  • Background in supply chain/logistics IT systems (WMS/OTM/GTM) is a strong plus given the target system landscape.
