Position Summary:
Owns day-to-day HxGN EAM configuration and the system''''s integrations with external DOC systems. Combines functional configuration expertise with hands-on API and integration development, applying a configuration-first approach and using custom development only where configuration cannot meet the business need.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid, based in NYC/Queens — 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain EAM screen configuration, including custom fields, user-defined fields (UDFs), screen designer layouts (including mobile), menus, tabs, and module-level configuration across Work, Equipment, Materials, Purchasing, Projects, and related modules.
Configure and manage work order workflows, approval sequences, status transitions, activity/task codes, PM schedules, meter-based triggers, route structures, and reference data structures.
Administer user security, user groups, screen permissions, data restrictions, organization/site access, and Connector user accounts.
Develop KPI dashboards, standard reports, ad-hoc queries, and custom SQL reports.
Perform approved EAM customizations following Hexagon/HxGN customization and upgrade-safe development standards, documenting business need, technical design, risk, testing, and maintenance impact.
Develop and maintain integrations using HxGN EAM REST APIs and SOAP/Connector web services, including authentication setup for Connector users and service accounts.
Design and implement bidirectional data exchanges between EAM and external systems (ERP, financial, HR, identity, GIS, reporting/data warehouse) via middleware or direct API calls.
Write and maintain integration scripts, ETL processes, and data transformation logic (Python, Java, .NET/C#, or PowerShell).
Troubleshoot API failures, synchronization issues, and data mapping problems; maintain logging, alerting, and operational runbooks.
Document API endpoints, authentication flows, payload structures, and integration architecture.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years hands-on experience with Infor EAM or HxGN EAM as a developer, configurator, or system administrator.
Demonstrated experience with EAM screen designer, workflow configuration, security administration, reporting, and module-level configuration.
Experience performing approved HxGN EAM customizations with understanding of upgrade impacts, documentation, and testing.
Demonstrated experience with HxGN EAM REST APIs and/or Connector/SOAP web services, including authentication, payload design, and error handling.
Strong SQL proficiency (Oracle or MS SQL Server), including complex queries and stored procedures.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/integration language: Python, PowerShell, Java, or .NET/C#.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HxGN EAM v12.x and current HxGN EAM Cloud releases.
Background in enterprise integration patterns/middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, Azure Integration Services).
Experience integrating EAM with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or similar).
Experience with SSO/SAML, Azure AD/Entra ID, and secure API design.
