The Role

• Assume senior physician responsibility for psychiatric day clinics, with dedicated development support.
• Participate in senior physician on-call duties to ensure continuous patient care.
• Mentor and support resident physicians and medical students, providing both professional and personal guidance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a specialist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience and knowledge in biological, psychotherapeutic, and sociomedical treatment methods.
• Demonstrated resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational skills.
