The Role

• Visualize customer ideas using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present personalized kitchen concepts based on style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Handle offer creation, objection handling, and project coordination (delivery, installation).

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Excellent closing skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Confident, social, and self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
