Business Analyst I

We are seeking a Business Analyst I to help teams improve the way they work through practical technology solutions. You'll partner with business and IT teams to understand day-to-day challenges, gather requirements, document processes, and help move projects from initial ideas through implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of relevant technical or business experience

Experience gathering and documenting business requirements

Ability to create functional specifications and process documentation

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field-or equivalent experience

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with business process analysis or improvement

Familiarity with workflow automation

Understanding of IT systems and technology solutions, including Jira and Confluence

Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams

Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand needs and priorities

Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
