We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized leader in drive and automation technology, known for its cutting-edge manufacturing and commitment to innovation. This company is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their advanced production team and contribute to the manufacturing of precision components for their world-class products.

The Role

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC-controlled machines
• Making program corrections and performing tool changes during the production process
• Conducting dimensional and quality control checks using standard measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
• Producing parts according to technical drawings, primarily in small to medium batch sizes
• Performing routine maintenance and care of machinery as per the maintenance schedule
• Identifying and resolving minor operational issues

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as a machinist, industrial mechanic, or a comparable qualification in the metalworking field
• Previous experience in CNC manufacturing, preferably within serial production environments
• Proficiency in operating CNC machine controls
• Good command of the German language (written and spoken)
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
• Independent and meticulous work ethic
• Strong technical aptitude and a high degree of precision
