The Role

As a Customer Support Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the customer journey.

Due to the location of the office,
candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle , as public transport options are limited.

Key responsibilities include: Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels.

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Producing and following up sales quotations.

Maintaining customer records and updating information on internal systems.

Managing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
