GenAI Platform Product Manager
Location: New York, NY
Role Overview
Our organization is seeking a product professional to act as the primary relationship owner for internal business lines utilizing our enterprise Generative AI platform. The selected candidate will drive platform adoption, manage ongoing stakeholder engagement, and ensure the successful delivery of platform enhancements and support. This role represents a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to deliver cutting-edge AI capabilities within a complex financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned business and technology stakeholders, building trusted and collaborative partnerships.
• Drive the adoption and expansion of Generative AI capabilities across diverse business use cases to ensure alignment with organizational outcomes.
• Capture, scope, and prioritize platform enhancement requests, new use cases, and feature requirements in collaboration with product teams.
• Coordinate the end-to-end resolution of platform issues, partnering with engineering, platform support, and infrastructure teams.
• Educate internal teams on platform capabilities, technical best practices, and organizational governance guardrails.
• Partner with engineering and release management teams to ensure the seamless rollout of platform updates and new features.
• Translate business unit feedback into actionable inputs to help shape the platform roadmap and service enhancements.
• Track platform usage metrics, adoption trends, and stakeholder satisfaction to provide regular reporting to leadership.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships within an enterprise environment. Candidates must possess practical experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies, including practitioner-level Program Increment (PI) Planning, alongside a track record of delivering AI initiatives within a financial services institution.
Technical Skills: Strong technical fluency, including working knowledge of Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), LLMOps, APIs, software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, and platform-based delivery frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working directly with AI/ML platforms, enterprise data platforms, or API products.
• Background in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Familiarity with enterprise controls, including security protocols, compliance frameworks, and model governance.
• Demonstrated ability to triage complex issues and navigate ambiguity in a fast-evolving technology space.
