We are hiring for a leading national expert in vehicle glass repair and replacement, known for its extensive network of service centers and mobile units across the country. The Role

• Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Undertake the role of "Operational Manager (HWK)" with responsibility for technical and professional matters on-site.
• Manage daily operational planning, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Consult and assist customers from order acceptance through to vehicle return, ensuring a high level of service orientation.
• Handle invoicing, customer fund management, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the necessary certification for operational management or already possess the "Betriebsleiter (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, complemented by excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and with a focus on trust-based collaboration.
