About Us
The demands for our supply chain and distribution network are increasing every day, and we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Services Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Services Senior Project Manager specifically aligned to our Distribution Center and Supply Chain domain. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, including overseeing the end-to-end IT infrastructure build-out of new net-new distribution and fulfillment centers, as well as managing strategic domain projects. As the vital link between operational leadership, engineering teams, trade vendors, and executive stakeholders, you will drive physical and technical infrastructure deployments—ensuring high availability, scalability, robust security, and seamless operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Scope & Lifecycle Planning: Define project goals, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives; manage critical paths, resource allocations, and complex dependencies for new infrastructure as well as run state investment projects.
Budget Management & Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, forecast resource costs, track expenditures against financial baselines, and ensure cost efficiency across all technology procurements and infrastructure build-outs.
Facility Build & IT Infrastructure Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end IT and physical security infrastructure build for a new fulfillment center.
Network, Hardware, & Low-Voltage Coordination: Partner with field engineering and trade contractors (electricians, low-voltage cabling vendors) to review floor plans, approve site surveys, generate scopes of work, and deploy MDF/IDF environments, core/access switches, wireless access points (WAPs), and physical servers.
Physical Security & Access Infrastructure: Partner with Asset Protection to plan and manage physical security infrastructure deployments, including CCTV cameras, access control panels, door-trigger alerts, and cloud/hybrid controllers.
Vendor & Telecom Contract Management: Direct third-party vendors and manage Telecom/ISP local exchange providers to procure, negotiate, execute, and deliver critical network circuits and infrastructure services on time.
Execution, Risk, & Change Management: Proactively track milestones, mitigate build risks, adapt to operational workflow changes using predictive and Agile/Scrum techniques, and manage scope changes to keep projects on time and within budget.
Stakeholder & Operational Partnership: Collaborate regularly with project stakeholders, senior leaders, and vendors through regular cadences to communicate progress and ensure operational readiness.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Implement ITIL principles, track SLA compliance, develop project execution best practices, and conduct post-mortems to continuously optimize future initiatives.
Team & Vendor Guidance: Coach and guide onsite engineering support teams, installation crews, and sub-contractors, fostering accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
7+ years of direct IT project management experience leading complex technical infrastructure rollouts, with a proven focus on distribution centers, fulfillment facilities, or supply chain environments.
Extensive hands-on or direct oversight experience with MDF/IDF room builds, low-voltage Cat6/Fiber cabling, Cisco/Aruba/Ubiquiti networking stacks, wireless surveys, and physical security platforms (CCTV, Access Control, HIKCentral, Axis).
Applied experience combining Predictive (Waterfall) and Agile/Scrum methodologies for fast-paced site builds and software/hardware deployments.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+), or Agile certifications (CSM) strongly preferred.
Deep understanding of supply chain IT ecosystems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), mobile workstations/carts, handheld scanners, and industrial IoT endpoint devices.
Demonstrated capability to manage multi-site deployments simultaneously while interfacing directly with general contractors and executive leaders.
Strong technical vendor management skills, including negotiating and facilitating ISP/Telecom and low-voltage contracts.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) and Google Workspace.
