Teradata DBA

8+ years Teradata experience – top requirement
 Experience supporting the loading of data from multiple source systems
 Ability to provide targeted training and technical guidance to development teams for
troubleshooting and batch support
 Minimum of 5 years of Linux experience
 Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

 Strong decision-making skills with the ability to determine appropriate solutions while
adhering to SoM and MDHHS/DTMB policies
 Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, particularly in troubleshooting
complex data and system issues
 Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to
both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
 Previous government experience or State of Michigan experience
 Experience with cloud-based BI tools
 Experience with cloud-native platforms ( AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure ) preferred.
